Upon reconstitution, the preparation is stable when stored at 2-8°C. For maximum stability, apportion the reconstituted preparation into working aliquots and store at -20°C. Avoid repeat freeze/thaw cycles.

What is Sermorelin?

Sermorelin Acetate, also known as GRF 1-29, is a Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone (GHRH) produced by the brain that stimulates the production and release of Growth Hormone (GH). Sermorelin Acetate was first developed in the 70s, which is thought to be the shortest fully functional fragment of GHRH and has been used as a test for Growth Hormone secretion. Its function is the stimulation of growth hormone and seems to be a good alternative to synthetic growth hormone (HGH), which can cause adverse effects on pituitary function and it is only allowed in special cases like deficiency of this hormone on children and adults or individuals with AIDS.

Sermorelin Acetate affects a more primary source of failure in the GH neuroendocrine axis, has more physiological activity, and its use for adult hormone deficiency is not restricted. Compared to human Growth Hormone (hGH), Sermorelin Acetate is a growth hormone secretagogue, which means that it stimulates the pituitary gland to produce and secrete growth hormone. Also, Sermorelin Acetate and Modified GRF 1-29 contains 29 amino acids whereas hGH is a larger molecule containing 191 amino acids.

Sermorelin is not a substitute for the human growth hormone (HGH) produced by the pituitary, rather it is a promoter of its natural production. The increase of HGH is accomplished by the stimulation of the pituitary giving, as a result, some benefits to individuals during the aging process. One of the best options to pick is Sermorelin. Since availability, it has been known as an anti-ageing treatment. It is also used as a growth stimulator for those experiencing Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome. As with other peptides on the market, it is experts-recommended, effective and potent. Growth hormone releasing hormone plays a vital role in achieving a wrinkle-free, healthy, and fit body. As we age, GHRH declines. Common signs can include saggy skin, crow’s feet, and stubborn spots to name a few. This is where a peptide-rich solution comes into play.
